Anambas Islands ecotourism strategy
Mentoring and advising the Anambas Foundation as they developed a conservation-led ecotourism strategy for Indonesia’s remote Anambas Islands, where tourism grows only as fast as conservation allows.
East Coast Tasmania Tourism Positive Impact Plan
A community-led plan for tourism to enrich Tasmania’s East Coast, its people and its place, built from hundreds of conversations with the people who live there. The plan is the first of its kind to deliver on Tasmania’s 2030 Visitor Economy Strategy key direction of community-led destination management.
Blue Mountains destination management plan
Subcontracted by TRC Tourism to lead this project, it is a values-based plan that can adapt and evolve as new challenges and opportunities emerge. The plan has led to the establishment of the first Destination Stewardship Council in Australia.
Australia’s Coral Coast destination management suite of plans
A 10-year tourism plan for Australia’s Coral Coast, shaped by 655 stakeholders, with regional strategies for the Gascoyne, Mid West and Wheatbelt, subcontracted to lead the project by TRC Tourism.
