Just for something different, episteme subcontracted as the Interim CEO with AVCZ to help with continuity over the summer months as they sought a new CEO. It was great to be back in fisheries again with a crew of very helpful and supportive people.
The work included: Setting and managing budget, overseeing administration, membership, governance and compliance, member engagement, divers and government bodies. Representing the agency in fisheries programs including the greenlip survey and fisheries research assessment group, state and national-level agency and industry meetings, and delivery of the AGM.
